Burial will be in Hillside, Ill. Northcott, who formally was Methodist bishop of Wisconsin, died Sunday in Evanston. He had been in failing health for years and had lived in a man retirement home there. Retired Bishop H. Clifford Northcott. Presiding at the 1956 general conference of the Methodist church.
