First National Bank's New Branch in Westwego. New Bank Set to Open In Jefferson. Parish President Tom Donelon will be principal speaker at the formal opening of Victory drive office of the First National Bank of Jefferson Parish in Westweg1o0 a.m. tomorrow. The opening of the office will increase to six the number of banks in the First National system. Construction of the facility is in line with the bank's expansion program that calls for a another office in the M.A. Green shopping center in Kenner and an annex to the main office in Gretna.
