Liberty Terrace Subdivision - 2700 block of Edna Street: More Liberty Terrace residents have filed suit, claiming troubles with homes. - Twenty-six more first-time homeowners in the 9th Ward's Liberty Terrace subdivision are suing for $13 million, claiming the contractor, architect and developers did shobby work or misled them into buying their home. The suit was field Nov. 5 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court and was allotted to Judge Richard J, Ganucheau, who earlier was given another similar suit.
