Washington, June 23 - Greets an old friend - President Nixon greets former Senator Clarence Hill of Washington at the White House today after accepting a copy of a report updating public land laws. The chief executive holds the report as Representative Wayne N. Aspinall, Democrat-Colorado, applauds. Aspinall was chairman of the commission which conducted the study.
